The "Hotel Rating System" is a client centered service. Customer review forms are sent to every returning client from the Mosquito Beach, these are then complied by Reservation ID and offered to you the future traveler for review. The rating of the Hotel and the Service Rating of Worldlinks.com are "unaltered" by management. What you see is exactly what other clients are saying about us and the Mosquito Beach.

My only complaints were the day I reported the light bulbs were out in my bathroom at nine that morning, and at six that evening they still had not been repaired, and two different people had to come in while I was there trying to get ready for the rest of my evening simply to replace two light bulbs. The maids should have made sure the bulbs were changed when they were there even if the front desk had forgotten, as it was impossible to see in the bathroom without the bulbs. The door to my room was warped, and though the room was quiet most of the time, I had to stuff a towel and a bolster around the door at night and keep the bathroom door closed to keep noise out early in the morning, as noise carried very clearly through the pipes from the room below me as well. This was not helped the morning a woman knocked on my door and woke me up at six in the morning, having mistaken my room for I guess my neighbors' on the landing. The rest of the time, I was very happy with the hotel, its atmosphere, and its employees.

Love this, Have stayed there many times. New construction next door,so was noisy. Nothing the hotel could about it though. Not the hotels fault.

Hotel was a bit pricey for the accomodations. Everything was nice, but the ultra modern rooms were missing some basics in an effort to be minimalist. The rooms need a full length mirror, a shelf in the bathroom, and at least one decent light in the main area. Other than that, the room was comfortable and the hotel staff great, location was great. I would go back to the Mosquito Beach if the rooms were about $60 to $80 cheaper, or my money had bought me a better ocean view.

Your survey does not really ask the right questions. We switched from Mosquito Beach to Mosquito Blue once we got to Playa del Carmen because the rooms at Mosquito Beach were so very small. Your booking agent I spoke with did not adquately convey this, but all turned out well at Mosquito Blue. We wanted to be close to town, and Mosquito Blue was a good location and quite lovely.
