The "Hotel Rating System" is a client centered service. Customer review forms are sent to every returning client from the Paraiso Azul, these are then complied by Reservation ID and offered to you the future traveler for review. The rating of the Hotel and the Service Rating of Worldlinks.com are "unaltered" by management. What you see is exactly what other clients are saying about us and the Paraiso Azul.

One of the nicest places I have stayed for a relatively low price.

Nice hotel...be sure to advise guests that they don't take credit cards, so you'll have to pay the balance of the bill with cash when you arrive. We found an ATM nearby and got cash - thankfully there was no limit on how much we could take out.

The hotel staff were wonderful, the landscaping extraordinary, and it was quiet and private. I would definitely go back, now with the whole family.
    Full Survey

I was initially given a room that was below ground with no windows. Clearly a windowless room was not what I planned on for my mexico holiday. It also had no covering on the door which was next to the bathroom. So if I showered I had to make sure I was fully covered when I stepped out of the bathroom. The room also smelled of mold. I complained right away but had to wait 2 days for my room to be changed. Everyone was very nice and it was changed, but to another windowless moldy room, upon complaining again, my room was changed to one with a window. I have to say the staff and owner were extremely nice, the location is very good, the courtyard is beautiful, the decorations are very nice, but there is a problem with mold in the rooms, and even the room I ultimately had on the 2nd floor developed a mold smell. To be fair, there had been intensive rain for some time, but because of the mold issue I just wouldn't recommend it.
