There was a mistake on Friday night. We got in late on Feb. 22nd and they made a mistake not realizing I had a room reserved. They said you had agreed to reimburse my night Friday Feb. 22nd. I'll look for my refund on my next statement.

We loved the hotel and the service was great. Two things that would make it better....heat the pool! It was a shame to have such a beautiful pool but nobody swimming because the water was freezing. More towels in the room. While the beach towel exchange was very generous and efficient system, we never seemed to have enough bath towels in the room. We ended up having to use the beach towels for that purpose too.

La Tortuga Hotel and Spa is a very nice small hotel within a wonderful setting that only has one draw back. It is very close to a local disco that is open at 11:00pm until 6:00am every night and the noise is incessant! If you are light to medium light sleeper ear plugs will be required. This is the only negative aspect to the hotel but negates a lot of the relaxing atmosphere. Light sleepers, like I, should not expect much rest time during the night hours.

THE HOTEL WAS GREAT THEY EVEN HAD FREE INTERNET AVAILABLE. THIS HOTEL ALSO HAD A GREAT RESTURANT WITH GREAT SERVICE. I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN IN A MINUTE
