Reservations
» 10% deposit by credit card at time of reservation and 90% by check for the remaining the day of the reservation is confirmed
» 12% local taxes not included in rates, will be added to your bill
» Security Deposit: Required $300 to 500 USD in cash at the check-in and will be returned to you upon departure provided no damage occurred. This does not include utilities (water, electricity, etc...)
