| Comments: My only complaints were the day I reported the light bulbs were out in my bathroom at nine that morning, and at six that evening they still had not been repaired, and two different people had to come in while I was there trying to get ready for the rest of my evening simply to replace two light bulbs. The maids should have made sure the bulbs were changed when they were there even if the front desk had forgotten, as it was impossible to see in the bathroom without the bulbs. The door to my room was warped, and though the room was quiet most of the time, I had to stuff a towel and a bolster around the door at night and keep the bathroom door closed to keep noise out early in the morning, as noise carried very clearly through the pipes from the room below me as well. This was not helped the morning a woman knocked on my door and woke me up at six in the morning, having mistaken my room for I guess my neighbors' on the landing. The rest of the time, I was very happy with the hotel, its atmosphere, and its employees. |
