I would like to say that we were very pleased with our stay at Petit Lafitte (after we found it). The remote location of the hotel (and fantastic oceanfront rooms) only added to the charm of it all. Staff was quite accommodating, the privacy of the hotel was good, there was some noise issues, nothing outrageous. Also, I thought the hotel was a good (not "excellent") value.
I would recommend it to someone looking to really get away and doesn't require a lot of luxury.
Food onsite needs improvement.
