| Comments: My biggest complaint would be with worldlinks, - I printed their confirmation papers, but when arrived in Playa del Carmen did not have the address of the hotel on any paper work from Worldlinks! Had to spend some time trying to locate the hotel, on a Sunday evening which was very frustrating.
