| Comments: This is really a wonderful property. Not only, as I have noted above, is the condo complex great it is also in a fantastic location. It is one block to either the beach or 5th ave which is especially nice for familys with teenagers. The location also made dinning in the evening alot more fun as no driving was needed. |
