18:30 - Arrival at the luxurious beach club at Punta Venado.

18:35 – Welcome cocktail and Wine aroma identification game.

19:00 - Get shown to your seats and take part in a group cocktail class (Mixology class).

19:40 - Trio of Mayan appetizers with wine pairing.

20:00 - Traditional "Caldo de Piedra" soup with wine pairing.

20:20 - First main course themed around Spanish influences, with wine pairing.

20:35 - Second main course themed around the Middle East and African influences, with wine pairing.

21:00 - Tequila and Mezcal tasting.

21:10 - Dessert, chocolate served 5 ways.

21:30 - Group photos and transport back to the hotel.
