The beach at Iberostar Selection Cancun has beautiful soft white sands.

There are also numerous loungers with shade from umbrellas.

So, you can relax and enjoy the sun and be protected from its rays.

You can also get service on the beach although it can be a little patchy at times.

Sometimes, you’ll see seaweed which can be a problem in the area.

Fortunately, the team at the resort is good at clearing the seaweed away, so it shouldn’t be around for long.

A heads up that’s useful to know…

There are sometimes vendors on the beach who may try to sell you stuff like jewelry, cigars, or bags.

But, the lovely surroundings make up for this.

Personally, I love the menu at Naga Hibachi Japanese Restaurant.

I’m a massive fan of Japanese food and the thought of sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki vegetables is super enticing.

Not a fan of these dishes?

No problem, there are cuisines from several different countries available at Iberostar Collection Cancun:

• American Bistro for US food specialties.
• Antiguo Laguito Buffet for Mexican and international dishes.
• El Maguey Mexican Restaurant for authentic dishes from your host country.

• Trattoria La Horma for Italian food.
• La Parrilla Rotisserie for a la carte dishes featuring the finest cuts of meat.

Before or after dining, you have the choice of seven bars at the resort as well as a cafe for delicious pastries, hot drinks, and soft drinks.

The selection of activities and entertainment at the resort is super impressive.

I’m a fitness fan so the Zumba classes, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts are definitely my thing.

The resort isn’t all about sport and fitness though.

Have kids attending your destination wedding?

Plus, there’s a babysitting service available at an extra cost if the adults want some time to themselves in the evening.
