The only way to get to the island is to catch the ferry from Cancun.

The Ultramar ferry dock is located in Puerto Juarez, just a few minutes from downtown Cancun.

The boats leave every half hour from 5.00 am until 9.00 pm and every hour after that. It takes around 15 minutes and is cheap!
