The Mexican Caribbean is all about incredible beach landscapes, right?
I mean, just look how gorgeous it is…
The beach at Margaritaville Island Reserve is just as stunning as you would expect.
The sand is fine, soft, and white…
And the water is perfect for swimming.
There is some erosion at the south end of the beach but it’s still accessible.
Is there any seaweed on the beach at Margaritaville Island Reserve?
Being honest, seaweed does affect the beach at the resort.
But, there’s good news…
It won’t spoil your fun because the resort staff clear it up and keep the sand clean.

A personal favorite is the License to Chill Burger; a taste sensation.

Rita’s Taco House
Love a margarita?
Head to Rita’s Taco House.
You get delicious beach inspired dishes with different versions of the classic cocktail as an accompaniment.

How does a fusion of Latin flavors and Asian spices sound?
This tantalising combination is at the center of your dining experience at Latino.
Every meal is made using the freshest ingredients and savored in a modern dining area.

Looking for a romantic dining experience at Margaritaville Island Reserve?
Frank & Lola’s is where it’s at.
The menu is all about Italian cuisine and fine wines.

Socializing isn’t just about dining at the resort, there are six bars and drinking options to visit too…
Bar and Drinking Options
Compass Bar is a lobby bar that’s laid-back and welcoming. You can choose a drink from the menu or ask the expert mixologists to create your favourite tipple.
License to Chill is located at the side of the adults-only splash pool and is all about live music and cocktails. Plus, it’s home to cooking classes three times a week.
5 o’Clock Somewhere is famous for its exceptional cocktails, live music nights, and a very cool lime chandelier. It’s right at the center of life at the resort and a must-visit for you and your guests.
S.O.S. Bar is the place to grab a beer or cocktail without leaving the pool. If a margarita is on your mind, ask for the margarita beach ball menu.
Blended is the place to go if you’re looking for a drink with a difference. Create your own smoothie and improve your fitness by using one of the resort’s quirky and eco-friendly blender bikes.
Joe Merchant’s Coffee & Provisions has a fabulous coffee menu. But, it isn’t just about coffee. You can browse a selection of chips, sodas, hot drinks and snacks. You can even have your order delivered to your room for $10.
Relax and enjoy the laid-back food and drink experiences at the resort.
A quick heads up…
It’s worth bearing in mind that vegan and vegetarian options are not in plentiful supply.

The first thing I’ll say about activities at Margaritaville Island Reserve is the four pools are just gorgeous…
That’s not where the activity fun ends though.
Far from it.
You get endless opportunities to have fun, chill out, or exercise to your heart’s content.
