Stay at this tropical destination, and you can stroll along soft white sands at sunset, sip margaritas at the beach club, and treat yourself to a relaxing spa treatment.

Plus, you and your partner can dress to impress and savor a romantic dining experience in one of the resort’s restaurants.

Other top features of Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya include an outdoor pool, a high-tech fitness center, the Market social space, and accommodations with private balconies.

6. Beach

The beach at Hyatt Zilara is lovely and soft, with gently rolling waves lapping against it.

And the Caribbean views are beautiful.

Like many beaches in this area, there is sometimes a problem with seaweed, but the resort team makes every effort to clear it away.

Heads up…

There isn’t a lot of shade on the beach, so you may be best staying around the pool when the sun is strong.

• Beach sports
• Entertainment each evening

• Fitness facilities

Is there anything to do outside of Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya?

This is a NEW resort with an emphasis on providing a memorable all-inclusive experience.

So, there’s no shortage of activities to keep you and your wedding guests entertained.

But I’d still advise you to check out the surrounding area.

This is a stunning part of the world, and you’ll want to see as much as you can during your trip.

A favorite activity of mine that I always recommend is the Jungle Buggy Adventure.

It’s totally awesome.

You get to drive a buggy through the jungle and discover the real Mexico.

Plus, there’s time for a refreshing swim in a cenote.
