Barceló Maya Colonial is part of the Barceló Resort Complex. Guests have access to some of the facilities and amenities at the other four properties providing additional dining and entertainment options. An express train departs every 20 minutes to transport guests between properties.  

ACCOMMODATIONS

The 480 rooms at Barceló Maya Colonial are all spacious, have great views and are designed with a regional flair. Rooms include a fully stocked minibar, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, large  flat screen TVs, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a pillow menu and an in-room safe. Room options include garden view rooms, family style suites with additional living space or Club Premium suites that include upgraded services, views and amenities.

FOOD & DRINK

The all-inclusive plan gives guests access to the Colonial Buffet Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the ocean front Mariachi Restaurant for light snacks and meals from lunch to early evening and the two specialty restaurants that serve dinner including Asian fusion cuisine at Kyoto and Mediterranean seafood specialties at Marenostrum. For an additional charge, guests can also enjoy 24 hour room service. There are several locations throughout the resort to enjoy a seaside cocktail or an after dinner drink. Jaguar's Discotheque which is part of the Barceló Maya Resort Complex is available for all guests 18 and over.
