Who says that Playa del Carmen is only the 5th Avenue? Get outside of the main tourist area and perhaps even your comfort zone to pay a well-deserved visit to Don Chendo's. A Chicago-style pizzeria in downtown Playa del Carmen, these deep dish delights are a favorite of the town's large expat community. And if you're not hungry for pizza, we suggest you give the delicious chicken parmesana a try. Either way, you'll be well fed and happy.
