Come and learn how to make a 1 course or a 3-course meal completely “hands-on” in a beautiful and professional kitchen with the complete set up for cooking courses. Eat what you cook and enjoy your tasty meal with a glass of wine or beer.

Also learn about the many fresh and dried peppers we have in Mexico. And end your course with an explanation on the differences and similarities of tequila and mescal with a tasting of both.

If you love to cook but your partner doesn't, invite him or her along! You can cook for your partner, and he/she will arrive when the food is ready and also participate in the tequila and mescal session.

Friday evenings, enjoy a cocktail and appetizer course - the Drinking School! Come and have fun learning how to prepare 3 appetizers and 3 cocktails with our usual Mexican gourmet twist.
